Why Plan Ahead?

If you have a terminal illness, approaching your end of life or a sudden death. It is preferable to have your priorities, wishes and views recorded for your future care. Relating to a sudden death, after care plans.

Planning ahead can makes things easier for those who you are leaving behind. You don't have to wait until you become ill or late in age.  The sooner you have your plans together the better for those left behind. Not only is it a difficult time for you but also to your family and friends.  Planning ahead would benefit greatly to insure that you receive the care you wanted but also your farewell to celebrate and honour your life.

The emotional turmoil for a family does not begin after your death, it begins prior. If you have a life-limiting or terminal illness, you (the traveller) are experiencing the physical pain, emotional grief of what you will lose.  The living experience physical pain in a different way.  The emotional grief are the same in the way of all the emotions that come with grief. The only thing different is the living continues with their pain and grief long after your death.

You can help ease the living by planning ahead. This will help them dramatically so the grieving process can start as soon as possible.

Help take the burden off your loved ones by taking your end-of-life
decisions in advance, in a calm and thoughtful atmosphere.
