Cancellation Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To respect of all concerned, our counsellors and to all clients, the following policies are honoured. No Show and Cancellations Please understand that other clients may be looking for your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and to our counsellors. Please give 24-hour notice of cancellations. Missing appointments without proper notification will result a cancellation fee of the full amount of appointment scheduled. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your counsellor will determine if there enough time to start a session. You are responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your counsellor and other clients. Please plan accordingly and be on time.
